What do I really want?

TO look like this, and perform at my best. Is that a lot to ask? I'm willing to work for it! I'm on Day 4 of getting acquainted with the new "diet schedule" I will be taking on for 12 weeks of hard work after competition this weekend. I decided with all the dogs, developing healthy habits this week was a better plan than exhausting myself. Monday marks 1 month of work left until the summer, so that means the first 4 weeks of the Ashley Horner Magnify You program will be done in conjunction with work- but that I can REALLY focus on the last 8 weeks without any distractions. For breakfast this morning I made two paleo crepes, I had 3 sausage patties (homemade), and a handful of blueberries. For a snack I had 20 almonds, 1 cup of unsweetened organic applesauce, and a protein shake. I don't know if I've posted this recipe before, but I love it. 1 Cup coconut milk,1 cup tapioca starch/flour, and 2 eggs... add vanilla and cinnamon to taste. I also add an extra egg and chili powder and create "tortillas" from this. The biggest challenge I am finding with the MY program is staying true to being paleo- not because "I want to be paleo ONLY" but because I feel best without the grains and dairy fogging my mind and body. I LOVE having oatmeal back, but really- that's the only thing that I'm glad for. Next week I will experiment with greek yogurt, but dairy and I really don't get along still. I really do love my parents dogs... When I took my shower this morning I locked them all in my "un-used" bedroom (since we are sleeping in the living room... I haven't cleaned, sorry!) and I'm thankful to them for actually keeping me at home this week, I stand a much better chance of being 100% this weekend for it. The only thing that worries me is bar-muscle ups... I still need to try those with an single bar- I hope it makes more sense when I'm not so worried about hitting my face. I'll check in tonight! xox *Stay Fit*
