Phase 1 Day 4

Morning World, I did not get up at 3:30... I was awake most of the night, I think I finally dozed off about 1:15... woke up at 2:30, slept until 3:30... then decided I would go to the gym tonight after the step competition.. which I can hopefully leave by 6:30... (crossing fingers) Hopefully I get back on track tomorrow, I am definitely tired today- so that should help with the sleeping... Being happy though.. does not :) I struggle with not feeling guilty about wanting to move on, 3 weeks after the end of a 3 year relationship... but I do feel like I am ready. I'm not broken hearted, damaged, I'm not scarred... I'm ready to love and be loved again. It's been a long time since I've been this happy... even without a new person to share this happy Beth with. I'm in love with the new Hunter Hayes song... it's absolutely right- life is too short to settle for anything except exactly what makes you happy, what makes you CRAZY with love and joy. I'm off a bit on the diet today, but I printed off phase 2 and have all day Sunday to prep... I'll eat lunch here soon... I have leftovers or a chicken salad.. haven't decided which I'll eat yet.. I have a busy night- so I might do both! I did the salad after school and the leftovers of my Genghis Grill in lettuce wraps at lunch I ran home after school, let the boys out/changed, and then had STEP from 4:30-7:30. I headed home after, grabbed dinner from Mooyah Another round of turkey burger, but this time with sweet potato fries and a "lettuce bun". I headed to the gym after I took the boys on a quick interval walk/run. I ended up doing 3 sets of 20 with my supersets, but it was better than nothing! (I'm sure I've posted this before) Then I came home, took a nice hot salt soak... and went to bed. Phase 1 Day 4, Done! *stay fit*
