
Morning World,
Egg whites just weren't appetizing this morning... but I still had memories of my beautiful turkey burgers... so I improvised.

I added strawberries for some added carbs, since I'm out of yellow squash and. It was delicious, now I'm off to start my day... be back later with pics and thoughts! It's active rest day, which will translate to finishing up the Day 2 workout... and crossfit tonight. :)

This is my life... they think they are helping me feel better, and it worked a little :)
Lunch was brown rice and chicken stir fry, which I kept in portion control because there was A LOT of rice :(

Back on track, I took a super long nap... not super, but the boys and I fell asleep for like an hr and half- apparently I needed it. I then headed to the store to grab a few gallons of water- I definitely feel dehydrated.
I chugged a half liter... took some pre-workout, ran a mile... did my abs- have I mentioned that I have awesome core stability... but ZERO strength?! Oofta, but I finally finished all of it, did 2 sets after my run, took the boys on a walk, and then finished the third set and planks.

Had more of this deliciousness for dinner, starting Thursday I will be back on plan with the diet! Not that I've cheated, I just haven't been following it to a T, using it at guidelines this week- had a rough start without the food prep time, but hanging with my dad is worth it.
So now I shower, get all of this sunscreen off... since its 90 here already! And go to bed so I can hopefully be back at it 3:30am... 100% recovered, I feel like it's a possibility.
Phase 1 Day 3, DONE!
