
I couldn't do the egg whites this morning, so I subbed leftover Turkey Meatballs... After doing the whole30 back in February... I can eat regular food for breakfast easy, I was just enjoying having some breakfast foods back- but I can live in "leftover mode" without any qualms. I just have to learn to take what I got from Whole30 and translate it to this new menu from Ashley. I'm just not an egg person... so I can muster up the courage some mornings and others... no way. I was better last week about really planning though, this week with my exhaustion and ... distraction level... high I've been a little off track.
Snack will be greek yogurt, strawberries, 2 crepes (paleo) and almond butter...
Lunch will be a steak with asparagus and carrot "chips".
I would love to say that I took pictures in the middle of this day.. I did not... I totally got busy and was STARVING....
I did eat things as planned, except the carrot chips... I subbed a cake (Teacher Appreciation Week!)... When I got home I ate 2oz chicken, a crepe with almond butter, and the carrot chips...
I went to CF! (ONLY day this week.. which also affected MY this week, because it was... hard :( )

NEEDLESS to say... my shoulders and hamstrings from Day 1 and 2 of MY, plus this... I was shot Thursday but I went anyways to the MY, but it was my "CF REST DAY" so I figured my 20min of HIIT was done on Wednesday... when I'm not working, 18 DAYS LEFT!, I will be able to do MY at 4:00am and 1:00pm, and CF in the evenings as usual... But I will probably drop my CF down to Mon, Wed, Thur, Sat... eventually MY will align with my normal Thursday Rest day.. but until then, I will pull a little more than usual and then REALLY ENJOY Phase 3.

I had Chicken Fajitas for Dinner though!
