I love them.. I really do- but they've have turned what I thought was going to be my first week of Magnify You by Ashley Horner into a "practice week" with the changes in my dietary schedule.

But it's good for me, I have to find the timing for the snacks and when I can actually drink all this water while I still work- it would be much easier to do this during the summer, but easy isn't always better. If I am successful now- then it will become my lifestyle.
So for breakfast yesterday I had Oatmeal Pancakes- where has his been ALL MY LIFE??

So Simple! I added bananas and a heaping tablespoon of almond butter- perfect breakfast for those who cannot stomach straight eggs.
I had a lunch of GGS chicken and a small sweet potato, we had a field trip and THANK GOD I found a microwave :) I also got in my snack, which was awesome.

Dinner was Spaghetti Squash with meatsauce, "caprese" chicken, and a salad.
I haven't had a single sugar craving since committing to this program- which is weird. Maybe it is because I really hammered out the details?

So for breakfast today I had... eggs!??

Mixed with zucchini and yellow squash, two breakfast sausage patties *home made* and the other half of my banana.
I had some leftover chicken, broccoli, and a salad for lunch... and now I am trying to finish my sweet potato french fries so I can eat my turkey burgers.

So simple, so yummy- I added bacon :) and I don't even miss a "bun" anymore- this is way easier!
The dogs are crazy, but they are entirely worth not jumping into these workouts this week and getting my diet/schedule in check, also with competition this weekend I'm glad I'm not overdoing it.
