A rough Day 2
I remember to take a picture of my snack yesterday at work, but not my lunch- so I had greek yogurt with strawberries and almonds.
So, I did end up going to the gym last night- but I was there from 7:30-8:15... ran into my bedtime, then I had to run to the grocery store because my chicken was still frozen that I was planning on baking while I showered.
I ate part of a steak with some kale I tossed in coconut oil before I went to the gym, a "dinner 1" if you will
and then once I was home I made honey almond chicken since I do not eat fish... yet- I'm trying tilapia this week, we'll see how that goes.
I had it with some steamed asparagus from the other night. I didn't get to bed until late... so I had a rough morning on Day 2.
Despite the set back of not going to the gym this morning, I brought my gym clothes to work and I plan on being there by 3:45- hoping to beat the 5pm rush.
I had oatmeal pancakes this morning with walnuts and bananas, I added cinnamon to the mix and used steel-cut oats instead of instant old-fashioned oatmeal, a good change.
I have steak, protein shake, and a small apple for a snack here coming up at 10:00.
I'll check in later, wish me luck!
